When malicious gossip or slander is passed along, the humanity of three people is thereby diminished .... the one who repeats the gossip, the one who listens to the gossip, and the one who is the subject of the gossip. When a person refrains from gossiping or tale-bearing, the angels rejoice from up above.

Dad's mind is pretty much shot, doll. He doesn't recognize my brother(his son) most of the time. And last week he said to me, 'I love you so much, I wish you were my daughter'. I knew I would be next. It is such a cruel disease, bringing this once sharp, strong, and vital man to this sad state is heartwrenching. But God bless him. I couldn't have hand-picked a better father for all those good years. Thanks for asking, doll. Hope all is good with you and your man JJ and your newlywed daughter, Cassie. I love you sky-high.
