When malicious gossip or slander is passed along, the humanity of three people is thereby diminished .... the one who repeats the gossip, the one who listens to the gossip, and the one who is the subject of the gossip. When a person refrains from gossiping or tale-bearing, the angels rejoice from up above.

Hey Linds - Thanks for sharing your song. My first response was that the words rang true, not only inside the church scenario, but also in most of our everyday lives(Remember the famous quote stating that we all lead lives of quiet desperation)? I think to different extents, we all put up a good front, wear our masks and hide ourselves. And if we are lucky enough, we find a few good trusted souls who know us as we truly are, stripped of all the camouflage, who accept us and love us just the same. And of course, there is God.... always God who knows us completely, and who we can run to and give over our burdens. I will listen again, Linds, and make sure I understood the gist of the lyrics or was off. Thanks again for sharing. Hope all is good in your world. Always enjoy it so much when you post.
