When malicious gossip or slander is passed along, the humanity of three people is thereby diminished .... the one who repeats the gossip, the one who listens to the gossip, and the one who is the subject of the gossip. When a person refrains from gossiping or tale-bearing, the angels rejoice from up above.

I am back in Canada now. I am really tired. (Its been a long day.) But I can't sleep... I miss Trisha. I only left this morning but I miss her. These 2 months... *takes deep breath* I don't know how I am going to do it. I have to get up to work tomorrow but I can't sleep... so I am gonna be dead on my feet.
