Hi all~
My mom was diagnosed with Infiltrating Ductal Carcenoma(IDC) on Tuesday. This comes as a complete shock to all of us, even though she herself suspected. She went for her biopsy today & should find out the results Tomorrow or Monday. Then it is off to surgeon and such to discuss treatment options. I have a twin sis who is somewhat mentally slow, and an older sis who lives 500 miles away, so it is a bit tough, but if anyone can beat this,m it's my mom! As she said today, "I am WOMAN, here my ROAR!!" I also printed off the chorus from the Destiny's Child song "Survivor" and gave it to her to put om her bedroom mirror. Thanks for listening!
