Have you talked to the social worker at your mom's cancer center? She should be able to help you with some of the logistics with your mom's care.
Cancer is really complicated and it sounds like your siblings are making it even more complicated than it needs to be.
Have you tried setting limits with your siblings and refusing to discuss your own medical issues with them, since they aren't at all supportive?
