I am writing this on behalf of my sister who has a 9 year old daughter with Rhabdomyosarcoma. She had her second lot of cheamotherapy on Monday and has started to get some terrible mouth ulcers. This is obviously not helping with her eating because everything is stinging her mouth. she has been having mouth wash and sucking on ice pops. Does anyone have any advice or can anyone let me know roughly how long they last.She is at the stage at the moment where her blood count is low but should start coming back up soon. Any information would be appreicated. thankyou.
