my dad died on august 1 from cancer. he had 5 different primary types, and knowing that he is finally out of pain curbs the loss that i am feeling. i also wrote the announcement, and i spoke at his funeral. luckily, my dad was able to go to my brother's wedding just two weeks before he died. my brother is 21, i am 19 and my sister is 16. i know how you feel... and not many people can say that.
