Hey folks, I'm rebuilding a Vespa Rally200 scooter, and I'm having a little trouble with the throttle cable. In the air box, where the throttle slide rod connects to a little metal clip connected to the throttle cable. Said little metal clip needs to move back and forth, right? otherwise the throttle cable wouldn't be pulling anything, right? Mine seems to be rusted or somehow seized and won't move. Any tips/ideas? Do I need to get a whole new oil unit, since it seems to be attached pretty solidly? Thanks in advance!
