think engine is seized px125

bought px 125 last week was starting no problem until today,kick started the engine started no problem back fired and cut out tried to start again but cant seem to kickstart the engine removed the head and the bore pieces of metal in side cant turn the fly wheel any body anybody know what is wrong.
