bajaj classic 125

recently got a bajaj{reg 1999}she doesnt tik over and i dont know what oil 2 petrol mix is?..also do u know where 2 get parts?,and do vespa parts fit?,do u know where i can get hold of a manual as i have looked all over the place?...get back 2 me please thanx a mil neil...
