export vespas

i want to export vespas from italy to australia can any one help me with info on the best place in italy to source the scooters at the right price also i have been told that i should buy them in italy then have them restored in other parts of europe then have them shiped back to aussie as it is cheaper to have them restored outside of italy any help would be apreciated
