CHROME NUMBER PLATE SURROUND FOR LAMMY

Can anyone tell me how to mount the number plate surround to my Lammy? Does it go onto og the number plate? or underneath? What size countersunk bolts and Pike nuts should I order? I purchased one today but it did not have any instructions . Please email me with reply as this is a works computer. Many Thanks Kenny
