SB220 Mod

Dear friends. I purchase one Heatkit SB220 used. All bandas work normal , but the 10 meter don't show all power. Whith the maximun tune show in the watt meter 150 Watts. This equipament is blocked in the circuit to cut the 1o meters power? Have soluction to open power ? Please help me .
