Would like to find a Ham using a FL-7000 Amp with a FT-920. Problem is that with the supplied Band Data cable the 920 will not support automatic band switching. Yaesu has been of no help. On the 7000 the molex connector is 9 pins and shows 1.8 to 28 Mhz, 6 positions, but on the 920 there only 4 band connections A-D using an 8 Din Plug. The 920 drives the 7000 but will not automatic band switch. Further Yeasu can not supply the correct band data cable though the 920 users manual shows a band cable but it will not provide automatic band switchind. 73 Howard KB6JJ
