My DJ580 does not transmit or receive. When I push to talk, the ON AIR light flashes, not power out. What have I got going on here. I have done a reset to no avail, and the pll non lock does not show. It does it on several antennae, and I cannot receive any freq! Need help here as I love this HT. Thanks N9NPN
