You can not 'repair' a final. It is a transistor and if it is bad you replace it.
Remove the power to the radio, take off the covers, remove the mounting screw for the final transistor, unsolder all 3 legs, remove the part, remove the insulation, replace the insulation with the one that comes with the new part, apply heatsink compound, install part, install mounting hardware making sure insulation is in place, solder all 3 legs, check solder job for shorts and bad connections, double check mounting hardware and insulation, power radio and check that it works.
