1. Need a scanner that can pick up you local department.
2. You need a cable to connect from earphone jack to line-in or microphone jacks on your soundcard.
3. Free software from www.shoutcast.com Install and configure.
4. An ip address of your internet connection. To find out goto whatsmyip.com
