Yes, it's still active and very strong in most of the KC area. Due to the 'half channel' frequency allocation most scanners cannot receive it other than just picking up a carrier. Very annoying. I thought the entire reason behind the EMWIN rebroadcast was to allow anyone to receive the stream with inexpensive off the shelf equipment.
