After reading about a stolen trailer and go-karts from one of our local go-kart tracks, I was sad and wondering if anyone thinks about a serial number registration system when racing go-karts on all go-kart tracks ....Would this idea deter this from happening more?
Used go-kart buyers would be able to do a search (Kit Search) at the tracks to see how many times their chassis and engine were used.
We used to hand in our serial number from our Honda engines at clubs for some reason before???
I'm really not sure why this was done?
Maybe the reason this was done was for someone to think of the next step.
I had a brand new metallic blue 1974/75 Honda Z 50 mini bike stolen from my parents garage
when I was a kid. It was locked with a chain.
