Dodger's idea's of bailing out the government by printing more sheets of dough has gone to his head...
Dodger is now dressing like you know who and has mentioned something about hiring someone new to check his many emails.

He has also been trying to contact the PM for an appointment in February to let the PM know of his print more dough idea and also to see if he can get subsidized for Chuck's Pocket Bike Challenge.
