With karting moving in a direction with sending kart racers to other countries to compete, there is still a mindset to sell karting in a professional accomplishment way mostly for the young.
The over 35 year old class was thought of because some older folks wanted a place to race with others with the same mindset of a toned down form of karting competition.
This Masters class should be promoted in such a way that the vehicle is more designed for personal safety to attract a more mature person with slower reflexes and more responsibilities.
(if you understand what I am trying to say)
A class with it's own set of rules separate from the other classes.
The more optional choices that are available in karting could be a selling feature to the more mature over 35 year old class.
It would be good to think of more ways to get more women on the track, not just in the pits watching!
Especially over 35 year old women?
We are missing many markets to sell go-karting to more people!!!
