If a large manufacturer like Honda was to be involved in karting what would I personally like them to do for karting?
Well since I am more interested in the inexpensive, entry area of karting , I would like to see three complete kart packages in this area.
The first would be a junior Honda 6.5 hp restricted kart package with plastic protection covering the front and back wheels.
The size of the kart would be a cadet size kart.
The next step up from that would be the same but an adult size kart with the same engine just no engine restrictor.
The third package would be dual Honda 6.5 hp.
The karts would all have the engines centered within the rear axle for better balanced weight , and keep the pull start feature which is common.
The Honda Kart factory would be in Ontario, Canada where it was born.
That is what I would like Honda to do for karting for now.
