The actual cover price for the mag was $1.95. for those that were not a ASN members and wanted there own copy. This was what was happening with karting advertising and ones karting fame before the WWW in Ontario. It was the official publication of ASN Canada FIA Is there enough revenue in karting to do this type of magazine again in addition to the internet? Because I'm thinking of trashing my computer... I will keep one in my truck if you wanna see a copy! It was Very well done.
Performance karting News was a black and white and then colour monthly magazine that all karters received that held an ASN licence in Canada.
and everybody involved in karting.
It was also a great way in finding future karters and a way to hold ones earned karting fame in hard copy print.
It was something to physically show off at the track and work! It made good reading in the can
