Keep karting klean!!! Point it or Wave it! Whatever! Use it on EVERY KARTER that deserves it. A good idea for karting might be to look to find ways to protect karters more when this contact takes place. And it will! Karting is where some people learn how to DRIVE and learn the rights and wrongs about driving alone and with others. Let alone learning how to Race A Kart. As witnessed Race directors, Corner people and karters need to have the proper training of all the flags to improve the safety, attitude and visuals of karting. Like it was at the start! Your turn to do it now.
The Black flag when used properly on a deserving kart racer should make them feel as though they just ALMOST stepped in a large pile of dog poop with bare feet with all kart fans watching.
"no kart contact rule". If it still exists in todays karting?
Karting IS a No Contact Sport!
No matter what nose cone is used on a kart, rough driving and contact will ALWAYS occur in any kind of karting.
The majority of karters don't become race car drivers.
But, most of us all dream of getting drafted by Panoz some day... don't we?
