Under 17 – sponsored by Dan Heat The Under 17 team held their nerve throughout the season as they led the way at the top of the league virtually from start to finish. They finally clinched the Division 1 league title with games in hand and points to spare. Their hard work was further rewarded as they then went on to win the Subsidiary Cup competition after a tense penalty shoot out to complete a league and cup double. Under 16 – sponsored by Alec Ross Carpets The Under 16 team won the South Cheshire KO Cup on home turf at the Stan Brown Stadium when they defeated local rivals Alsager Town. They were hoping to complete a cup double when they met Stoke Rams in the final of the league cup. However, it was not to be their night as they cruelly fell at the last hurdle at Norton United. Under 13s – sponsored by Simon Dean Motors Another great season for the Under 13 team as they continue to build on their previous years’ successes. They won the South Cheshire KO Cup at the Stan Brown Stadium before going on to clinch a league and cup double by taking the league title. Their season was completed when they were awarded the “fair play” award as voted for by their opponents in the league. Under 12s – sponsored by Sandyford Garage, Newchapel and Macdonald’s, Sandyford Under 11s – sponsored by ACR Batchings and Macdonald’s, Sandyford The Under 11s were just pipped at the post, finishing runners – up in the league and losing in the semi finals of the cup competition. They are looking to expand their numbers as they move to the 11 a side game next season.

Kidsgrove Athletic Youth Teams
No silverware for the Under 12s, but a great success as they completed their first season together as a team. They only came together in the summer and as such have made great strides this year in terms of footballing ability and knowledge.
