spring start up. I installed the backflow valve, set the timer (Nelson Controller) to test position (3 min intervals) to start station 1, nothing happend (the same for all stations). I am not getting any water to the backflow. I went to the water meter turn the on/off flow 360 degrees, no luck. I checked the rain sensor everthing appeared to be ok. When i pressed on the rain sensor i could hear the relays clicking. Does it matter if the relays for each zone are in standing water?
