Broke Valave Stem

I have a sprinkler valve with a broken valve stem that is leaking. I am unable to identify the barnd name or manufacture, it is 3' in the ground and I have dug it out. I could not find the valave at Home Depot and need help identifying it. I can send a picture if needed. Can you help. Thank you Ken Hogan
