Maintaining high humidity inside a cage for Rainbow Boas is pretty easy. All you have to do is get some moisture in the cage with damp substrate such as newspaper or moss and then limit the ventilation so that the hunidity does not escape. Most snakes need good ventilation but Rainbow Boas thrive with limited ventilation. be warned that this limited ventilation and resultant high humidity will cause the inside of the cage to grow mold if not kept very very clean.
The other important husbandry issue with Rainbow Boas is temperature. They should not be kept as warm as most other Boas and Pythons. I keep my Colombian Rainbows in cages with cool end around 74 and warm end around 80.
