Posted by Trang Other than the type of information my boyfriend and the Internet gives me, I have no idea how to care for this kind of snake. My brother use to have a ball python, but boas are a totally seperate species. If anyone has a caresheet that I may view or download, it would be graetly appreciated. I've read that CRB's need alot of humidity in order to stay healthy and shed easier. They can actually be proned to disease if they aren't properly cared for. I don't want my new snake friend to die on me. I was wondering if anyone out there knew how I can acheive this type of humidity for my CRB. Is there special equipment to buy or something? Any information would be highly apprecaited! Thanks alot!!

My boyfriend just bought me a Colombian Rainbow Boa today as a gift. It's not a baby either. The man at the pet shop had no idea how old it was, but it is about 3 1/2 feet long already. It has a glisseny solid brown appearance with some hard to spot patterns.
