Laraga,
. Orange to red-orange to yellow-orange to brown-orange to burgundy-dark red is the natural color of BRBs in the wild. They are found in all colors from some of the same areas. Most that we have here in US collections are from bloodlines collected from the northern most part of south America. Some of my brightest orange ones were dark red or burgandy colored when I got them as new imported adults and turned very orange as I put some weight on them. There are quite a few light colored ones. Some are especially so and are called hypomelanistic. There are some amelanistic Rainbows in collections but no amelanistic Brazilian Rainbows currently alive in collections that I know of. There are some abberations in BRB patterns but BRB keepers are generally smart enough to not get overly excited about them. Like all living things these snakes have a great deal of natural variation.
