(If youve submitted your info within the last few days, check to see what date the Quitters List page was last updated. An updated list may not have been posted since you sent your info.) IF YOU HAVE CHANGED YOUR QUIT DATE, E-MAIL ADDRESS OR OTHER INFO, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE GO TO THE MAIL LIST FORM AND FILL IT OUT WITH YOUR UPDATED INFORMATION. (This isnt intended to be bureaucratic - it just helps ensure that it doesnt get lost. Info that is sent via the form goes into a special mailbox; stuff that comes in my regular e-mail or that is posted on the board can easily get lost in the shuffle.) I feel badly when people dont get their certificates or dont get them on time because I dont have the correct information.
