Hello to everyone...I hope you are all well.
My story - I turned 34 in April and have smoked since I was 17 or 18. I hit the pack a day mark I gues about 8 years ago.
I quit yesterday 6/10/01. I'm feeling pretty good however I am wracked by fear. Fear that it is too late, the damage is done - I'm doomed. And disappointmet in myself for being so stupid all of these years.
