That is also true for me Bubb. I will need to fight in some way every day of my life to keep the demon at bay. When I first quit my cousin (who hasn't smoked for 30 years) told me that she can't ever have 'just one' because she would be right back to 3 packs a day in no time. She fights every day of her life too.
