((Bridget)) - There is absolutely no reason for you to stop coming here. We are your friends and we care about you whether you're smoking or not!! Of course, we want to see you quit for good but if you are not ready to say forever, we are in no position to judge you! You know there are people here that are still smoking and preparing for their final quit! You can still support everyone else in their efforts! You do have to start with a more positive outlook! You are not a failure and you deserve to be happy and smoke free like everyone else! Stop beating yourself up! You didn't fail - you slipped! You only fail when you stop trying!! So get up, dust yourself off, take a deep breath, and do what you have to do to get back to your quit! Until then, we will be here for you so come here as often as you can and just let us know how you are! No matter how long it takes, coming here will only benefit you when you do decide to quit for good!
