I wasn't a big fan of Jim Reeves when he sang Mexican Joe. I thought it was just a lucky hit and not a real Country song. My views were changed the first time I heard his "My lips are sealed". From that time on I absolutely loved to hear anything by him. I bought my first album in the Navy Exchange in Okinawa. It was the album "Singing down the lane". And after that I bought every album of his that I could. I have visited his museum in Nashville, and still love listening to his magnificent voice.
May God bless all you relatives and family members of Jim Reeves.
Sincerely,
Marvin Stubblefield

Great country music is a Reeves family tradition.
