My husband and I had a wonderful time in Henderson ,Tx last weekend . The Jim Reeves Tribute Show on Saturday, July 25 ,was just great! We also visited the Texas Country Music Hall of Fame in Carthage and were very impressed with the Jim Reeves exhibit . With the push of a button we could listen to excerpts from one of Jim's radio shows . We ended the visit by playing "Distant Drums" and a few other songs on the juke box that stands in a corner of the museum .
We stopped at the Jim Reeves Memorial on Hwy79 on our way home .Hope other fans will have a chance to visit Carthage .
