Dear JohnRex,
Thank you for choosing to share your family legacy with us. My aunt loved Jim very much and had all of his vinyl recordings. I don't remember him but I do remember his voice and recognize it when I hear it. Now, that's kinda scary but not really. I am learning more about him and your family's legacy every day. My dad is his age as well and, flew a small plane all the time and played the guitar. Don't know if that has to do with anything but, our family loves music as well. I plan to come see you in Branson this fall. Hope to get to meet you as well. I have 9 CDs of Jim's and I love his songs, mostly gospel and the more contemporary ones he recorded. Well, won't keep you, but wanted to say, thanks for keeping your uncle's legacy alive. I too keep his voice and new-found images in my heart always. I live east of Dallas and plan to go see his monument again soon since school's out and I'm not teaching summer school this year. Enjoy all your info and pictures you post. You are very kind and selfless to share what you were given by Jim. Others love you for it. And, it's not "...really over." We will all see him and all our loved ones again. This moment in time is but a flash on our way to praise Him forever with everyone gone before. Hope to see you in Branson..."just a friend you don't know." Denise Hershey

Great country music is a Reeves family tradition.
