Dear John Rex,
I recently visited the God and Country Theatre in Branson. Unfortunately, due to a previous committment, I was unable to be there for your performance. I was very disappointed that I could not meet you, however, I was in awe of the many CDs that you have available there, and purchased two that my husband, Wally Reeves, and I are thoroughly enjoying.
Cousin Jim, as we refer to him, died the year my husband and I were married, but he has always been alive in our hearts and in our music collection.
Growing up in KY, we listened to all of Jim's music and continue to do so.
According to my husband's Aunt, he and Jim were distant cousins, and according to early photos of my husband, the resemblance is uncanny.
We still look forward to meeting you and will continue to enjoy Jim's and your music. We are so glad that you are continuing the legacy.
