Hope this gets to where I think it's going! I remember my dad sitting on the couch, holding a Jim Reeves album in his hands... looking @ it... w/ a tear roling down his cheek.... early Aug. 1964.... when he heard the news of Jim's death. He loved Jim's music. My dad was & is a musician & he made one out of me! Now, here it is.... 45 years later... I play Jim's music all the time! (Ibenez Flat=top). The older folks just love it!
