It was Wednesday June 4, 2008 and while at work at my Restaurant I met two customers who were passing through Lindsborg Kansas from Branson going back home to Colorado. Of course the name of Jim Reeves came up then the gentleman began to sing, Welcome to my world, won't you come on in .... His wife was very taken by this magical moment as together we finised the entire song. It was not the first time that the memory and music of Gentleman Jim touched the hearts of patrons to the Restaurant.
How wonderfully the memory lives on.
God Bless you John Rex. It was great meeting you last year. Hope to make it back to the God and Country soon.
