Over here in England , the only way to get Jims great original albums seems to be by finding vinyl copies in second hand shops. Are such great LPs such as 'Gentleman Jim' and 'Distant Drums' available on CD, or is it about time someone set about digitally remastering them , maybe as Two on One CDs ? I'd do it myself if i had the chance , as these recordings are essential listening to anyone remotely interested in the history of popular music , and they deserve to be heard in the best sound quality possible.

Great country music is a Reeves family tradition.
