In about 1953, I attended a dance at the Imperial Hall in Vernal, Utah. My first exposure to Jim Reeves. At that gathering Jim announced someone had written a new number called Echo Bonita. A real catchy tune that I spent the next 50+ years humming and searching for it on his records to no sucess untill one day at a big flea market in Mesa Arizona I glanced at a 2CD Jim Reeves Goldies and there in number 12 spot there it was. I was estatic. I've since wondered why it took so long to release it and how many more are in some can waiting to be released. John, I just cought you on RFD's Midwest Country singing Mexican Joe. It brought back fond teen age memories. As a long time fan, May I thank the Reeves family for Jim and his music........Lew

Great country music is a Reeves family tradition.
