From the early 60,s to the mid 90,s I used to perform in the clubs in the northeast of England.I performed quite a lot of Jim,s songs in my programme.You could hear a pin drop when the intro to his songs started.His songs were the most appreciated of all the songs I ever sang.I still listen to his songs now, after all these years,and they are just as fresh today as they were back then. he will always be remembered.
