I used to sing Distant Drums when my dad was playing the drums at local clubs. He passed away in 2007 and I had "Distant Drums" played at his funeral and I wept and wept. At my Mam's funeral I had "Welcome To My World" played...they and I both loved Jim Reeves' records and I hope like my Mam and dad, he rests peacefully in heaven.
