I Am Only Sixteen Years Old, No One Can Believe The Way i feel About Country Music But You Know, I Can't Express how Much I Appreciate Such singers As Jim Reeves. The First Song I Ever Heard Of Jim's Was An Old Ballad Called "it Hurts So Much to See You Go" That Was When I Was About 13 Years Old In The Car Going To My Grandmas. My Grandma Died Shortly After And All I Could Think Of Was The Title Of That Song.I Took Up Playing Guitar When I Was 15 ( One Year Ago In August) And Now I Get Asked To Sing All Over My Local Area Like Seniors Homes And Fairs ect.I Have Collected Jim's Old Records " A Touch Of Velvet",'The Jim Reeves Way","Moonlight And Roses","According to My Heart"," We Thank Thee" ( Which Is One Of My Favourites),The Best Of Vol.3,And Jim Reeves 78. Other Than Jim, My Second Favourite Singer Is Kitty Wells. She Came To Kingston Ontario To The Grand Theater For A Show With Her Husband Johnny Wright And I Got My Picture taken With Her..It's Been My Dream For a Long Time To Get My Picture taken With her And Jim reeves. I Was Crushed When I Found Out He Had Been Killed In A Plain Crash. But I Will Continue To Pay Tribute To Him Through Singing His Songs And Playing His Old Records Over And Over. To Me And In My Heart Every Time I Sing His Music He's Right There Standing Beside Me....Thank You Jim. Sincerely Yours.

Great country music is a Reeves family tradition.
