Found a slab leak in 2 rooms on a cleaning gig today. Pull carpet up and damn it the pad is part of the carpet. Cant remove the pad.
Luckily told dude to call a plumber and insurance company, dont pay me to lay it back and install dryers.
Im a little perplexed, cant cut out the stank pad
And what the hell do you do if you need a patch. Guess I use the same two sided sticky tape, man, that will leave some visible seams.Dog pisses in middle of an upstairs room on a wood subfloor? Got to pull it all back, lay plastic on subfloor and then subsurface treat. This must be a puerto rican design because this stuff has some issues not thought out very cleverly. Probably time to start my next career, thinking of moving to Frisco and starting a human excrament removal service due to all the bums.
