I know what you are saying. As I have stated before, back in 1971-72 when I decided to go into this business, I went to the Bank; pushed my beater car up and into their parking lot, got out; straighten my tie w/ sweat on my brow and entered into the bank to ask for a loan.
The Banker asked: "What are you going to use as collateral?" I pointed over his shoulder, to that old car outside. He shook his head, but proceeded to give me a $5,000.00 loan. Again, that was 47 years ago!!!
Fast forward to today, and you would think that you were pulling their teeth for $3,000 (or less)! But, they have enough money for a 12 pack!
I had confidence that I was going to make it a success but also knew that I needed the right equipment to succeed too.
You remember it wasn't long ago when these same individuals used to put down both our equipment, and now they are all part-time Arm Chair engineers making their homemade bucket of bolts.
Amazing........................
