Gary and I differ on the tool, That's ok I still love the guy.
The 360 with the Glides does a pretty nice job overall, I've cleaned several condo's now with it and very happy with the results
If you go to my website I have several video's of the 360i in action, expertcc.net
My only complaint's are the machine in not as well built as the Rx20 you really have to be careful with it, Going up stairs its a dream because it's so lite.
With me aging in the industry, I've reached a point in time where I don't want to kill myself everyday, I can't seem to hit the lottery so I'll clean for another 20 years like it or not.
Your not going to break any records with getting done faster but you can easily get 3 jobs a day in, Dry times are better than a wand and you will do a better job,
I use the Brush head and glide setup, The brush is the bomb you don't have to scrub it first on the trashed ones,
I still bring in the Airpath on residential so the carpets are dry when I'm done, Several times I really don't think it was needed, But Gary and I do agree on leaving them close to dry when complete, It just set's an example and will bring you work...
If you have more questions just let me know, Wife cooked biscuits and gravy this morning with bacon on the side, Gotta runnnnnnn
See ya
