A operator brought in his "generic" (well known brand which always sells on price, btw)portable unit and called to my attention several problems he has had with this particular machine. (I've heard this before!!!!
Anyways, he told me that it keeps falling over (especially) in his truck because it is "an upright machine" (which is a typical design btw)and there is a lot of weight well above the base. Further, when it is mounted in the van, he has to jump up into his van to use the dump valve located in the rear back end and ends up bumping his head on the interior roof, along with the fact that to turn on the switches and that's not many times convenient.
There were a couple other negatives which he pointed out too however, I sat here listening to him complain wondering why he ever purchased it in the first place! Well, the company selling it on price "gave him a good deal".......... but now.....he can only wish to offer some unsuspecting individual, "another good deal"!
In the end, even tho that experience with the machine he purchased was a "Mighty-Bad" decision, we do expect his order on a JAGUAR industrial system very soon.
The only sad thought here was that he really did not save any money, rather, he ended up spending a lot more in order to purchase a "real machine" which was well thought out for the Professional!
Oh well, the beat goes on.................and on!
