Point it all out to the custy, discuss things that can go wrong, do go wrong and what you don't guarantee.
It's all identified along with possible outcome such as Jim said. I carry items to do a repair if required. You have complete control of moisture except for your preconditioner and you best make sure there are no fiber baseboards and it all ran to that side of the house.
Just like carpet, youre going to hit a piss spot and out comes some color, you pull a loose carpet off tack strip at transition or along wall, you rearrange Mrs. Changs wrinkles in the living room and the closet door wont open cuz one of the wrinkles is now under the door after the carpet has dried and relaxed. Anything like this designates the service as a Salvage Clean. Salvage Cleaning is not guaranteed for outcome or damages. Repairs are extra.
All of us should know enough to repair what we service such as pulling the carpet off the tack strip at a tile transition or cleaning over a spot that was cleaned with Resolve and the color just left as you cleaned over it,those top stairs that are so loose you know someone is going to take a fall soon, A few tiny air bubbles in the grout or a nice hunk of grout disappeared.
We've done low pressure cleaning, papering the kitchen counters and appliances, using the crb and hand brushes. The rotary doesn't do enough for the grout imo either does the crb unless you work it. Too messy and time consuming. Try some of shorebests 2790, less work and you can low pressure it just add more stick brushing in the grout lines
